°The 10% off your in-store shop at Woolworths Supermarkets offer (the Offer) applies to active Everyday Insurance policyholders and active Everyday Mobile from Woolworths Customers who have an active registered Everyday Rewards Card linked to their active Everyday Insurance policy or Everyday Mobile from Woolworths Service account(s).
When can I redeem this Offer?
The offer period commences at 12:01am (AEST/AEDT) on the first day of every calendar month and ends at 11:59pm (AEST/AEDT) on the last day of that same calendar month. Customers can only redeem the Offer once during each offer period regardless of the number of Everyday Insurance policies or Everyday Mobile from Woolworths Service accounts and numbers they hold.
This Offer is limited to a maximum saving of $50 (i.e. 10% off a $500 in-store grocery shop) on a single Woolworths Supermarkets in-store transaction each calendar month.
Eligibility
Subject to exclusions, for Everyday Insurance customers to be eligible, they are required to:

- have an active Car, Home, Landlord, Pet or Life Insurance policy; and
-
- have linked their registered Everyday Rewards Card to their Everyday Insurance policy.

Subject to exclusions, for Everyday Mobile from Woolworths customers to be eligible, they are required to:

- have recharged their eligible Prepaid mobile plan before the credit expiry

- have kept payments up to date, if on a Post-paid mobile plan; and
-
- have linked their registered Everyday Rewards Card to their Everyday Mobile from Woolworths account.

Exclusions
Excluded from this offer are:

- Compulsory Third Party (CTP) Green Slip policyholders, Roadside Assist and Everyday Travel Insurance policyholders;

- The Everyday Mobile Long Expiry plans activated and recharged after 3 September 2024;

- Woolworths Online orders (including Woolworths Online business accounts i.e. an account with an ABN or Business Name); and
-
- certain products, services, fees, including online purchases, any vouchers, Delivery Saver items, bag fee and crate service fee, internet cafes, purchases of liquor, smoking/tobacco products and accessories, newspapers, Woolworths Services, Gift Cards (including iTunes), mobile recharge, Everyday Mobile from Woolworths devices or plans, travel cards and tickets, Carpet Care, lottery products and Everyday Market from Woolworths orders or in conjunction with any other offers.

Linking New Cards
Any changes to your Everyday Rewards Card may impact your ability to redeem the Offer and may take up to 45 days for the Offer to become available. For information on our offer attachment process, view the FAQs.
How to redeem
To redeem the Offer in store, eligible customers must have their Everyday Rewards card linked to their active Everyday Insurance policy or Everyday Mobile from Woolworths account;

scan the linked Everyday Rewards card at checkout;

you will be prompted to accept or decline the Offer

choose to apply the Offer to your shop
Once applied, the Offer can not be reversed.
This offer does not form part of an Insurance product or Mobile plan. It is an additional offer made available to Everyday Rewards members who hold an eligible product or service. Woolworths reserves the right to amend the Offer at any time without notice. Woolworths reserves the right to cancel the offer with notice. The Offer cannot be bundled with, or used in conjunction with, any other offer (including any employee discounts, if applicable). In addition to the above terms and conditions, by participating in the Everyday Rewards program, you agree to the Everyday Rewards Terms and Conditions.

How do I redeem the offer?
Scan your Everyday Rewards Card.
Make sure that your Everyday Rewards Card is linked to your Everyday Insurance policy.
Most customers can redeem the offer within 3 days, however, it may take up to 12 days for the offer to be available after you have linked or re-linked your Everyday Rewards Card to your Insurance policy.
Choose if you would like to apply your 10% saving on your shop.
Once you’ve scanned your Everyday Rewards Card in-store, you'll be asked if you want to apply your discount.
If you're using the self-service checkout, select 'yes' to apply or 'no' if you'd rather save it for another shop.
If you’re using cashier services, the cashier should ask you if you want to use your discount, or you can ask them to use it on your shop.
How to link your Everyday Rewards Card to your Everyday Insurance policy.
Car, Home or Landlords Insurance policyholders:
Login to My Insurance Portal.
Click on 'Link card'.
Click on 'Manage card'.
Add your Everyday Rewards Card number on the field and click ‘Apply'.
Pet and Life Insurance policyholders:

You can redeem your 10% discount in-store at Woolworths or Woolworths Metro. As of 1 July 2023, you are no longer be able to redeem your 10% discount online (including Pick Up & Direct to boot).
The 10% off your groceries shop offer period is valid for redemption any day throughout the month. This offer can only be redeemed once in that month and is limited to $500 in a single transaction.
To receive the 10% off groceries offer in-store: you must scan your Everyday Rewards Card. The Card must be linked to your Everyday Insurance policy. Applicable customers can elect when they choose to take up the offer by selecting "yes" or "no" when prompted at checkout.
The offer is only available for qualifying purchases made in store and excludes online orders made on woolworths.com.au or via the Woolworths app (including Pick up and Direct to boot orders).
Between 12:01am (AEST/AEDT) on the first day of every month and 11:59pm of the last day of every month. The offer can be redeemed in store at any time during the offer period, as long as you have an active policy and meet the offer conditions.
