Since Everyday Roadside Assist has a large network of mobile mechanics, 95% of breakdowns are reached within 45 minutes of the initial call.
However, if you do find yourself stuck in a harder to reach location, the operator will stay in close contact with you until your mechanic arrives.
The Roadside Assist Team can also offer practical tips and advice over the phone, or organise an emergency taxi should you urgently need transport.
You can add Roadside Assist service when you take out a new Everyday Car Insurance policy, or purchase it on it's own if you already have an existing policy:
- If you're a new customer, get a quote online and simply add it to your policy as an optional extra.
- If you're an existing Everyday Car Insurance policyholder, you can call us on 1300 10 1234 during our operating hours. We'll add it to your policy and advise you of the new cost.
- We also offer a Standalone Roadside Assist product which does not require you to have Car Insurance policy with us. To find out more, click here.
Everyday Roadside Assistance is Australia-wide unless the mobile automotive unit can’t reach you because of uncontrollable circumstances, like a severe storm.
